The cancellation and refund conditions for reservations made at Cappadocia Divin House are outlined below. Guests are kindly advised to read these terms carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date will be refunded in full without any deductions.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, or in case of no-show (failure to arrive at the hotel), no refund will be issued.
In the event of early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer).
Refunds will be completed within 7-14 business days following confirmation of the cancellation request.
Delays caused by banks or payment service providers are not the responsibility of the property.
Requests for changes to reservation dates or room types are subject to availability.
Modification requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, travel restrictions imposed by authorities, or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties, cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed individually.
